Hello, I'm Melissa — a self-taught potter based in Richmond, Virginia, creating hand-built ceramic pieces inspired by natural form, gathering, and everyday living.

For years, I've loved curating beautiful gatherings and styling tablescapes that bring people together. Over time, I felt drawn not only to style the table, but to create the pieces that live on it.

I work exclusively by hand using slab and pinch techniques — no wheel, just an intuitive process shaped slowly by touch. Each piece embraces subtle variation, organic movement, and the quiet beauty of handmade form.
